At Aura Mall, we aim to provide a convenient and reliable shopping experience for every customer. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund process is designed to assist you in the best possible manner.

Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 3 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return, the product must be returned in its original condition, unused, unworn, and with all tags, accessories, and packaging intact. A valid order confirmation or proof of purchase must also be provided.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment and bearing the associated shipping costs. Aura Mall currently does not provide reverse pickup services for returned orders.

Once your return request is approved, our support team will provide the return address and necessary instructions via email. Customers may use any reliable courier partner to send the product back to us.

Returns sent without prior authorization or without initiating a return request may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

We encourage customers to inspect their orders immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Products

The following categories are generally not eligible for returns:

  • Perishable goods, including food items, flowers, or plants

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Beauty, personal care, and hygiene products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Products purchased during clearance or final-sale promotions

Exchanges

At present, Aura Mall does not offer direct product exchanges. Customers who wish to purchase an alternative item may return an eligible product and place a new order separately.

European Union Customers

Customers within the European Union may be entitled to a 14-day cancellation or cooling-off period as provided under applicable consumer protection laws. Returned products must remain unused, in their original packaging, and include valid proof of purchase.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days. Depending on your financial institution or payment provider, additional time may be required for the amount to reflect in your account.
